As Europes No1 sofa Company, DFS make no secret of the fact that their people are their biggest asset. So when Public were asked to review the recruitment section of the DFS website, we knew it required something more creative than an ‘online vacancies board’. Using design, photography, art direction and copywriting we created a section of the website which was engaging and informative to attract people dedicated to customer service.
