Local Democracy Week – Doncaster Council

TV celeb Jennifer Ellison was the main attraction at the “Speak Your Mind” event organised by Public and funded by Doncaster Council.

The fun and entertaining youth-focused event centred on the election of the town’s Youth Council. Carrying the message that young people can have their voices heard through the power of democracy, it attracted 700 local teenagers.

Public’s results driven, award-winning campaign ensured a large turnout by engaging a youth audience through Online and Offline activity including radio ads created by teenagers, guerrilla posters, flyers in schools, an online viral video and mobile text voting.
