the supermarket’s internal, quarterly magazine for its 3,500 UK employees.
Now an award-winning newsletter, it includes a mix of well-crafted articles, features and competitions with the aim of uniting and informing colleagues, generating a sense of pride and belonging.
Through evaluation, Public and Netto monitored that colleague enthusiasm, interaction and response to suggestion schemes and competitions in the newsletter has increased dramatically.
