What we did
We worked with DFS for 25 very successful years, helping them grow from 12 stores to over 80. In that time we consistently delivered fresh creative ideas with hundreds of retail campaigns and promotions for Press, Colour Supplements, Direct Mail, National Newspaper Inserts, Sponsorship and Recruitment. Here’s just a few examples of what we did:
DFS Not another sale
Research told us that customers thought all retailers are always ‘in sale’. The fact was DFS only had two sales a year, so we tackled this misconception head on with our ‘Not Another Sale’ campaign.
DFS Linda Barker effect
To help raise the brands style credentials we used Linda Barker as their Design Ambassador to talk about style, design and the different ways we choose to ‘live at home’.
The campaign was so successful Linda became an integral part of the DFS Design Team with her own exclusive range.
DFS Love your home for less
Retail and consumer research showed that people were not moving home. Public seized the opportunity and proposed the ‘Love Your Home For Less’ campaign based on a ‘don’t move – improve’ concept. Encouraging consumers to fall in love with their home again.
