Background

Hep2O  invented plastic push fit plumbing over 50 years ago and today the latest generation is the most highly regarded brand in the market. It’s specified and installed by all major house builders, as well as being the No.1 choice for plumbers, builders, heating engineers and kitchen fitters.

What we found

We carried out a series of workshops with installers and staff to understand and map the customer journey and develop a proposition for the brand.

We also talked to the installers to find out what makes them tick and found they are very passionate about their work and the materials they use. They were proud to use Hep2O.

What we did

We developed a ‘Job Well Done’ trade advertising campaign in all the main titles featuring a range of products and installers, all expressing how Hep2O  helped them have pride and confidence in their work.

Together with exhibitions and trade shows the campaign was backed up with new literature and collateral for over 3000 merchants and stockists.

The results

Hep2O  have cemented their place as the UK’s leading brand in plastic push-fit plumbing.
