Background

When Iceland needed a TV commercial to launch their new online bingo, they came to Public. They wanted something that would stand out in a congested market and have a definite Iceland stamp to it. The objective was simple. Acquire as many new customers as possible.

What we did

We turned the sense of fun and social interaction customers can have on Iceland’s online bingo site into something tangible.

We showed, with the help of two little ducks, dancing queens and a baker’s dozen that Iceland was the natural home for bingo.

Not only that. With fun being top of the agenda, we made sure everyone knew, at Iceland bingo there’s a party going on and everyone’s invited.

It’s a big story for 20 seconds, but we made it work.
