For any trade brand to succeed it needs two things. First, support from branch staff in the competitive merchant environment. Secondly, an influential visual brand presence at the point of purchase. Our brief was to develop a promotion that did both.
What we did
We created a promotion around the hottest topic – the upcoming Euro 2016 Tournament. Installers could win footballs, international shirts along with other prizes. All they had to do was buy any OSMA product.
One lucky installer also picked up the star prize of a trip to the Euro’s final, worth £3,000.
We used special tickets, countertop dispensers, merchant POS, posters, online and social media to raise awareness of the promotion.
The promotion was a huge success, branch staff and installers engagement was exceptionally high and OSMA enjoyed a massive profile in all the key merchants during the Euro’s.
